On some stages, it is best to save a 2x2 square of Blue Spheres as your last ones. The game also ends the moment you pick up the last Blue Sphere, so if there are any rings left make sure to grab them first! To get a Gold Medal, you must collect ALL Rings and all Blue Spheres. To finish a stage, you simply need to collect all the Blue Spheres (Rings don’t matter). For these, if you just collect the Blue ones along the outer perimeter, you will still turn them into Rings!

There are Red Spheres that kill you if you touch them, so these must be avoided at all costs! Collecting a Blue Sphere turns it Red, so you can’t grab it again or else you fail!.

Your goal is to collect all the Blue Spheres in the map without dying. If you’ve played Sonic 3 (& Knuckles) before, you’ll feel right at home going for this trophy! If not, here is how the game works:

There are 32 Bonus Stages, and you must get a Gold Medal on each to get the No Way? No Way trophy, whereas earning a Silver Medal on each earns you the Full Medal Jacket trophy. If done correctly, you’ll see a halo of white stars floating around the checkpoint, and you need to jump into them to start the game. These stages are accessed by collecting 25 or more rings, then activating a checkpoint in any level. To earn this trophy (and Full Medal Jacket), you have to play the Bonus Stages of this game, also known as the Blue Spheres game.
